Cancellation Policy

REN Studio Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 🔸 Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 🔸 No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy allows me to accommodate other clients on my waiting list and keep the studio running smoothly. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time as much as I respect yours.
